What is a good part of Mount Isa to live?

We live in Soldiers Hill and find it nice and safe. Otherwise Townview, Happy Valley and Parkside are good areas also.

Avoid Pioneer, Sunset (most of) and Mornington.

Could anyone share the cost of electricity, water, rent at Mount Is a as well as if it is possible to purchase fresh organic produce?

We live in Mornington and find it great as it is central to most things. We have had no trouble here and have had great neighbours. The main place to avoid would be pioneer. Personnally the areas I prefer are Townview, Mornington, Healy, Healy Heights and The Gap.
