Mount Martha, VIC 3934 is located within the Mornington Peninsula local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
We are moving out to Oz next year, one place we want to visit at Xmas on our rekki trip from the Uk is Mount Martha. Can I ask what you guys think of cost of living prices. People in UK say it's expensive for day to day things in Oz?

The day to day costs aren't the primary expense as the house price median in mt martha is currently $1,100,000 and rising quickly.
