"cooyar"
Cooyar is a great small country town located close to the bunya mountains which is a great place for camping and for kids to feed kangaroos as well as birds. Cooyar is a country town where everyone is family. Everyone looks after each other. Allthough a small community it has always been a friendly one. Cooyar consists of a small country pub which offers meals and entertainment, A friendly shop that offers take away food and petrol as well as a hall where they have dances once in a while. I lived there for 5 years and my parents for 25 years and we all loved the friendly nature and the people around town..If you love the peace,country and friendly community lifestyle as well as wildlife this is the place for you.
