Considering buying a house on Murarrie Rd Murarrie QLD

We are considering buying a house on Murarrie Road which is across the road from railway. Has anyone lived on this street or know how noisy it can be? What time do freight/coal trains go by? Doesnt seem too noisy during the day but concerned about night. Thanks.

Murarrie Rd, is an emerging corridor between the Cannon Hill shopping centre and Murarrie train station. Many unit complexes have been built and the older houses are being renovated. Along the train line some houses have noise barriers, while others don't. Freight trains are only approx 3 times a day. The Cleveland train line track is double from City to Murarrie and merges into one track at Manly until Cleveland.
