Nambour Town Atmosphere?

I have a client looking to potentially move to Nambour. But I have always thought it is a town for the older demographic. But I have heard this has changed a bit recently since she has last lived there. Can anyone shed more light about the town whats the vibe? Are there nice coffee shops and restaurants?
