hi my family and i are moving from qld to nsw never done b4 need help!!

Hi my family and i are planning on moving to nsw newcastle from qld, iv never moved before iv lived in the same small country town in qld all my life. If we move my son will need to go to kindy/preschool! My husband will be looking for a job. I do drive but never have driven in newcastle! Looking for cheap rent in a family friendly place but still close to things!! Iv never done this before and just need help!!!
