For once there’s some good news for first home buyers in Sydney thanks to Ray White Diesel Estate Agents putting pressure on developers to make life a little easier for buyers looking to break into the Sydney property market.

Australasia’s largest real estate brand, Ray White, with an annual sales turnover in excess of $30 billion is helping out the little guys by driving developers planning Sydney residential projects to:

  • give priority to first home buyers
  • pay their stamp duty
  • and provide free optional upgrades.

Sydney, CBD based Ray White Diesel Estate Agents, an upmarket corporate real estate agency, have more than 2,000 apartments coming on line from a wide range of residential projects throughout Sydney during this financial year.

Director of Residential Projects, Dre Diesel, said “Ray White Diesel Estate Agents is not only convincing developers to provide first home buyers with ‘first right to purchase’ but also a number of other incentives, such as, paying their stamp duty and free optional upgrades.”

“Albeit it’s difficult for first home buyers in Sydney – our team at Ray White Diesel Estate Agents are working to get them into the property market,” Dre Diesel stated.

“Hugely attractive incentives we propose is that developers pay the purchaser’s stamp duty, which would save them thousands of dollars.”

“We are encouraging our developers and have received many commitments from them to provide free optional upgrades to first home buyers with their new projects this financial year.

The optional upgrades could include timber flooring in the living rooms or bedrooms instead of carpets and/or roller blinds fitted in the bedrooms and living areas” Dre Diesel said.

“The notion of property affordability issues in Sydney, as well as tighter lending regimes making it more and more difficult for first home buyers to get a foothold, inter alia, on the property ladder is a concern” Dre Diesel concluded.

It’s nice to see that there is hope and help on the way for first home buyers in Sydney.
