quiet, neighbourly, 1 hr from F3 start, 40 mins from Newcastle. lovely new restaurants, quiet but only 25 mins from tuggerah if you want big shops.. 15 mins to The Entrance for lovely restaurants etc., 5 mins to the lakes at Budgewoi for water sports, fishing etc..
amazing.. why didn't we move here years ago!!
