North East Road, Hillcrest, SA 5086

I moved with my family to North East Road, Hillcrest as I bought my first landed home. I got an amazing deal that was priced in at 70k below the median price of homes despite the house being in great condition, only 15 year old with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Was concerned about the noise but the boundary wall did well to filter out the noise And soon it felt like the gentle hum of an ocean. The convenience of nearby shopping centres, parks, sports facilities, public transport and the great accessibility (10 to 15 minute drive to the city) have made me feel it's a fantastic deal to live here oh so close to all the facilities that I ever wanted. I feel the area would feel even more central as Adelaide's population grows. The suburb is reinventing itself as some of the older houses get replaced or renovated.
