How busy is Larrabee St. just north of North Ave.?

Hi, I'm moving to chicago and really like Lincoln Park. My wife and I have looked at several places and particularly like the area around N Clevelandand and Wisconsin because of the quiet tree-lined streets. We also found a place in Larrabee near the intersection of Eugene. Judging from Google Maps, it seems to be significantly busier, with fewer trees. I'd love to hear a local's opinion.
