Will housing commission properties in Northcote effect the prices of other properties in the area?

The prices in Northcote are escalating. I don't think the commission housing affects the value at all.

Would be the same as all housing commission areas in neighbouring suburbs, carlton, preston. Note there is not alot of housing commission in northcote though, it seems to be down in westgarth off cunningham st near merri creek, and that area seems to be discrete so i dont think you can buy there. hope that kind of helped.
