Can realtors disallow tennant to be present on exit inspection day-?
Northern Region is located in the state of Queensland.
My last agent said she disallowed it.I thought this wrong & unfair as if any faults I could make arrangements..She also did a few other things wrong- tho I did get a full bond back.Be wary about moving into old places with old fixtures,they can be brittle & you will get blamed for breakages & pay new prices for new items
