"Great street, close to beach and shops"
It stretches away from Ocean Beach Rd for about 500 metres. Located next to Osborne Ave which has the Police Youth Centre (indoor skate ramp, holiday care, boxing ,archery, disco's) at the end, so there's a great safe place for the kids to have fun nearby.
Nowack Ave is the only no through road in that area without an attraction at the end (McEvoy has the oval) so the only through traffic past Rabaul Ave is residential.
Close enough to walk to bus stops in Brisbane Ave, Ocean Beach Rd and Rabaul Ave, as well as the shops, primary school, beach and recreation precinct.
