"Ocean Ave Life"
It's a lovely area bordering a beautiful beach. The neighbors are nice and quiet. Only problem is the surfers that turn up early every morning and talk at their top of their voices, swearing profusely! Cars get broken into sometimes if left there.
Overall it's nice and really close to the local shop and post office which is really good.
