"Lifestyle plus"
A short no through road in the country on top of kindred hill, with only 4 houses, each house on its own few acres, privacy with million dollar views of the ocean, an ever changing patchwork quilt of pasture and mountain backdrop, yet only 10 minutes from 2 large towns between devonport and ulverstone.
Idyllic lifestyle with all the conveniences nearby.
Best climate in tasmania mild winters and warm summers.
