Forecast of the house prices in Orelia going up?
Orelia, WA 6167 is located within the Kwinana local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
Hi I'm thinking of buying a decent property around orelia surburb. Love the area. But why is it the property prices have been so stable around 300k while other areas like Gosnell are going up rapidly. Can anyone please suggest? Cheers
