"Right in the middle of all the trendy streets"
This is a great street filled with renovated old buildings, business premises and new apartments. It is very close to Kings Park and is very quiet on weekends when the business side of things stops for the weekend. It is easy to get to Subiaco and the city and transport is almost at your front door. There are convenience stores nearby like Gangemi's which ahs been there since the year dot. Lots of businesses have changed hands over the years, but there are a lot of new ones springing up and a lot of new buildings and refurbishments of old buildings. It is a good place for business people, singles and couples, but I wuld not recommend it for families.
