"BEST POSITION IN PARADISE LAKES"
This was the first house built in Paradise Lakes.
That's why it's in the best position.
Mum loved living in Paradise Lakes Resort, she stayed for 33 years.
It's a great resort for everybody, friendly and well kept.
Sitting out on the deck is sensational, whether its breakfast or afternoon drinks.

"Well maintained complex, close to amenities, in a quiet location"
The street is on a bus route, 1 kilometre from local shops and 3 kilometres from Runaway Bay Shopping Village. Coombabah State School is within easy walking distance and Pine Ridge Regional Park is directly opposite. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with a pool and tennis court, in a quiet complex of 54 two-storey lots, with an on-site manager. Body Corporate levies are modest and have not increased in the past 7 years.
