"Noisy with too many hoons"

We rented here for a while. Non starter for us (family of 4). Right next to the airport so planes flying overhead non stop (very loud). Our street was constantly filled with kids hooning. Broke our lease.

"Our home"

We live in Pacific Paradise and absolutely love it. Have noticed the homes are slowly being renovated over the years. Well kept streets. Lots of greenery and the people are nothing but warm and welcoming. Very much community.
Truely not far to the beach either.

"A hidden gem"

A family friendly quiet community exists here in North Shore - Pacific Paradise. River on one side, beach on the other. Away from the busy beach front streets and cafes that now are lined with people crawling everywhere & cars parking everywhere, Pacific Paradise is just over the way. 2 km opposite the popular family patrolled Mudjimba Beach, cafes, restaurants & parks. Pacific Paradise itself has a school, coles, organic shop, hairdresser, Coles, bottle shops, cafes, boutiques and gift stores, Australia Post to name a few.
Also to mention we aren’t in the major domestic and international flight zone - that goes straight over the top of Marcoola and Mudjimba.
It is 2-3 minutes to the airport.
8 minutes up the Sunshine Motorway that’s just behind the suburb to Coolum Beach. 5 minutes to Maroochydore. 15 minutes to Kawana. It offers so much convenience and access to all other parts of the Sunshine Coast.
It really is a little slice of paradise!

"Family-oriented community with a relaxed village vibe"

Pacific Paradise is a family-oriented community with a relaxed village vibe. Perfectly situated only a few minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of busier coastal towns. Pacific Paradise is the business hub of the Maroochy North Shore area, Coles shopping centre, medical centres, schools and preschools, tavern, numerous alfresco coffee shops, and restaurants. Positioned only a short drive to Mudjimba Beach, a patrolled surf beach and one of the most picturesque on the Sunshine Coast. If you love throwing a line in or are a keen angler, it’s only a 5 minute drive to the closest boat ramp and pontoon via Nojoor Road.
The local North Shore Community Centre is a great meeting area for catch-ups and social events and is home to a variety of sporting codes including AFL, soccer, and baseball. The local bus is a great way to get around. The bus route travels through the centre of Pacific Paradise and connects to the major arterial network making traveling the coast a breeze.

"The most beautiful place.... Paradise found"

I have lived in Pacific Paradise for 8 years now, and I wouldn't have it any other way. It is so close to everything, only 5-10 mins to the plaza, 15mins to coolum and the beach is only 2km away! It is perfect for anyone with young and elderly mixed into a tight nit community. There is no traffic problems and we even have our own shopping complex. Everything is at arms reach and the neighbourhood is very safe. I live in Boomba street and the neighbours are beautiful and willing to lend a hand. Boomba street (like most streets) is very manicured and people really care about presentation which I feel creates an even more lovely place!

Great for

  • Close to everything, including the beach
  • Very safe neighbourhood and friendly people
  • Plenty of facilities and eateries
