"Quiet professional neighbourhood. Many long term residents and being very narrow no passing traffic."
With Jessamine park at the end of this street and access to trams on both Dandenong road and High Street and Victoria park around the corner Packington place has the upmarket feel of Armadale with out the dullness factor of the wealthier suburbs. Close to Spoonful for a morning coffee or meal and with bustling funky Chappel street about 4 tram stops away this place is groovy - also accessible to some of the the better schools against the traffic so it is easier to get there on time. The only disadvantage is it is about 750 metres to the railway station (Hawksburn) . Overall if you want the quiet life but have an emotional need for accessibility to Chappel st and Hawksburn then Packington place is where you should be!
