Mt Coot-tha is a 5 minute drive away and has enough bush walking/mountain biking/horse riding trails to keep you busy and inspired for years. Like it has me! If steep is what you seek go across the road from channel 9 studios and find the track "Kokoda". I hear 10 laps up and down is good training ;)
