How much is A studio unit. In Pakenham?
There is a brand new shopping centre which includes a Big W, Woolworths, Jay-Jays, Cotton On, Factorie, Dick Smiths, Jewellers, Cafes and various other things. Just across the road is Target, Coles, Safeway, Priceline, Hairhouse Warehouse, a whole main street of bakeries and coffee joints all that you really need for any shopping duties really, it is also a short bus ride to Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre if there is anything that you can not get here. Pakenham is probably the cheapest and most productive area to live in right now if you want value for your money with all the estates going up. Where as places like Berwick and Narre Warren raise the bar of price by tenfold and you wouldn't even end up with a brand new house.
