Is the Ranking of Pakenham as the 329th best suburb in Melbourne something to consider!!

When I see the Ranking of Pakenham as the 329th best suburb in Melbourne, I wonder how reliable is the Ranking given by Homely for the suburbs, and whether a person should consider these rankings when looking into suburbs..! And if it is given 7.4 out of 10, so what is missing to raise that score for Lakeside Estate for example. I will be happy to hear from you guys.
One more thing, I wish that the website admin include the dates on which these questions are asked and answered to be meaningful.

Gday Bob,
I moved from Pakenham two years ago,but would love to move back there. Pak had a population of 6 k when l arrived and a country feel, but even as it grew, it kept the rural feel. I would go to shops and not worry locking the house or car door when at shops, not that l recommend this, but flounder the people trustworth, as are shop keepers, such as mechanics(okay tyres and more) racv road side said l had xyz wrong wth car, they put a report for mechanic on the dash, was told it would cost around $800, went to pick up the car, mechanic said no charge, some hose had come off, honesty plus!
This town has everything you could want, sports clubs(can recommend bowling club)parks to stroll or walk Dog, most of the shops you need, if your into fashion and target big W or rivers don't do it for you....
You can eat out every night for with out counting my fingers and toes, would say a different spot each night for three weeks or more before going to same spot twice, and you have your cheep eats and pricy spots(all good) I'll add if a new shop opens and they are not up to scratch, they don't tend to last long as word of mouth goes a long way there.
Traffic I've been told can be a hassle, but l can not comment as l worked evening shift in port Melb, so went against the traffic,
I have lived in Waverley and Bayswater North and rate Pak head and shoulders above these.l have no qualms in recommending Pakenham to you
