There is land release coming up in Pallara. Is it worth to buy there for family?

Hi Thanks for your response. I have already gone through this article. I really feel pity for them. Tough question was surrounding future livable place. If I get to part of this suberb, should I grab that opportunity or not? What's your take on it? Thanks Regards, Ash

Hi Ash, we booked a block of land in Pallara. Wherever we are going to find a builder, they keep saying that as this is very close to Brisbane City, this is a gold mine. After couple of years the land price will be high. If you still planning to buy it, this is definitely a good investment. Best of luck :) Regards, Nusrat

Hi Ash and Nusrat, We are planning to buy a block of land at Pallara. The contract will be signed this Sunday, it would be great if you can share your experiences. We heard there is a waste recycle centre nearby and it may affect property prices.
