"Close to Beach and Golf!"
A few metres from pristine surfing Beach and a few metres from the Golf Club! Kangaroos on the lawns!
All kind of permanent residents, families, retirees, mostly working couples. A few singles.
Paradise on earth, a very safe feeling and it is safe!
