Dogs are allowed off the leash at all times past the sovreign island bridge, but some good owners will allow their dogs to wander freely on the foreshore

Yes there is!
There is an area where dogs are allowed off leash on the northern side of the bridge to S.I.
It is sign posted and easy to identify.
Many dogs frequent this sandy quiet beach and the owners all enjoy this facility.

No, dogs are not allowed off leash in this area, but there is a lovely park in Abalone St Paradise Point and also another one in Hollywell which is lovely.
