"Prime Location!"
Locals appreciate the close proximity to the Pacific Motorway where you can head to the Brisbane CBD or Gold Coast for work, or weekends away. Within walking distance to the revamped Timothy Park that has great grasslands adjoining plenty of parkland, kids playground with flying fox. Perfect for young families and couples.
