"Great place to bring your family up"
Beautiful tree lined and very wide road.
Walking distance to University, Transport, Parks, Golf course, Private and Public schools ( PLC one of the best schools in Australia)
Within 10 minute driving time to 6 shopping centers. Chadstone,Glenwaverly,Camberwell,Foresthill, Doncaster and Boxhill.
Then you have the easy access to Hospital
all put together a very rare location

We've got a place rented out at the moment but will be moving into Surrey Hills in the near fture. I couldn't help but notice that you rated "Pest & rodents" quite low?! Anything that I should know?
