"First home buyer"

I am a professional 9-5 job guy and bought my first home at Park ridge. It's a booming suburb with a lot of new establishments coming up. A new Woolworths is being built at the edge of Logan reserve and park ridge. Child care, schools and parks are close by with ample place for kids and families. So far, no regrets. My kid had a great Halloween on the streets. Nice community.

The only concern I see is public transport which may get better in the future, hopefully.

"Love it!"

i was pretty sceptical at first as I’ve only ever lived on the northside. Now 2 years later, I couldn’t imagine ever living on the Northside again. Never had any issues. Everything you need is within a 15 minute drive without traffic being hectic even during peak hour it’s not that bad. Half an hr to Brisbane or GC. It’s really quiet too. Peaceful night sleep every night, it’s absolute bliss!
Wouldn’t recommend for someone who doesn’t have a car though, not much public transport options.

"Peaceful living close to nature near to everything"

It is a nice place to live in and grow kids. There are good schools nearby. Woolies, coles Grand Plaza, highway to CBD or Gold coast. So thats pretty much ticks off the required boxes. The price are still very affordable and I assume it will go high in near future. Should be a good area for people looking for investment. This suburb has all big roads in its all four sides - Green roads/Mount Lindsey Hway/Park Ridge Road/Chambers flat road.. so infrastructure wise this is also good place for daily commuters.

In realestate dot com this is still avg demand suburb which is adjacent to high demand Regents Park. But I wont surprise if Park Ridge hits high demand very soon in future.

"Safe and Friendly"

We have lived in Park ridge for the last 4 years, We love where we live, the children play safely in the street, the neighbours are friendly, helpful and keep an eye out for everyone. We find it to be a neighbourhood that is very family orientated, peaceful and safe.
