"A very beautiful street in the perfect location"
It is a very pretty street in a little pocket of 5 streets in Pascoe Vale. It backs on to Esslemont Reserve, it is a street away from the train station, and it has a newsagency, take away food stores and other small businesses at the end of the street. Pascoe Vale Hotel is a short stroll and serves great food. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the city, less if you take Citylink. It is close to both Melbourne and Essendon airports. The downsides are the noise from the normal trains, VLine trains, normal planes and smaller planes from Essendon airport fly over. But for me, this all adds to the "StreetVIBE" and livens up an otherwise quiet street.
