"Parsons Avenue is perfectly located and close to everything that you need"
Having grown up in Parsons Avenue, it really is a fantastic location. Close to Jamison Park netball courts and football fields, as well as an easy unimpeded journey to either the Penrith CBD or the M4 motorway, Parsons Avenue is ideal. The street has a number of longer term residents who are friendly and help to maintain a safe community
