"Exculsive undiscovered hideaway on the Sunshine Coast"
Pavilion Court is part of an amazing undiscovered exclusive estate "North Beach" opposite Old Woman Island - or known as Mudjimba Island. The houses are large designer beach homes set in their own hideaway estate opposite the Mudjimba Esplanade and the beach sand hills.
Walk to the patrolled beach, restaurants, cafes or simply walk in the estate's exclusive park with the kids. Kite flying is fun, with the park adjoining a large natural reserve. Mudjimba is a short drive to Maroochdore, Mooloolaba or north to Coolum Beach and Noosa. The Sunshine Coast motorway gets you to Noosa shopping within 25 minutes.
The airport is handy and so is the supermarket shopping centre in Pacific Paradise. Family and friends will be on your doorstep in no time at all. You'll be the envy of all Southerners!
