"Quiet Inner City Suberban Street"
Payne St is an out of the way quiet street that is still close enough to shopping centres to be in a central location.
It isn't particularly close to public transport which can be an issue for students, or people without cars. However, it is close to schools and shops making it perfect for families or couples.
While shopping and eating out is great in the Indooroopilly area, the local nightlife is a bit lacking, with the two local hotels quite quiet and out of the way.
