"Man am I going to miss this place"
Why did i sell? who knows.Yes like all new places i was a little worried,it's a area thats still not out of reach in price,so did not know what to expect.Well in this day and age we live in, i can honestly say i would not have a problem in leaving my doors unlocked at night.
The neighbors are just great, always there to help or just to talk your ear off ( or is that me talking there ear off lol).
It's a place in arms reach to all the rat race of gold coast, but you only here the crickets at night and the birds at day .
peninsula drive, where i was situated was tops .i was on the top just before you went down, not a great fan of the area going down, but i have not lived down there so who am i to judge.
People may say the drive is abit, do it 5 times and its really nothing.( 6 minutes or so to free way)
If your a crazy green thumb like me, your plants are going to thank you for moving them to bilambil heights .(man im going to miss this place )
Well its acually my last night in my home tonight, i have lived here for just over five years and have done nearly non stop renovating (that was purely my choice, house was sound just needed updating) it's a little emotional, i could just go on and on.
I dont know when, but i will definatly be back. (so many houses that have potential to renovate,i thrive on it.)
Good luck to the new owner, mate i already know how much you love my home
cheers and regards,
(ps. the flathead are thick just down the bottom in the inlet, go hard )
