"Beautiful suburb, quiet streets, great for a family!"
I used to live on this street and found it to be quiet, close to parks, wineries and shops. I had very friendly neighbours and always felt safe and secure. The local primary school is wonderful and I found caversham to be a fabulous place to live. We had many happy times there.

- Quiet and safe, nice neighbourhood atmosphere
- Close to shops, schools and parks
- Pleasant and enjoyable place to live
Not great for
- A suburb still in the process of establishing itself. Pensacola avenue is lovely, but a few more years will add enormously to the suburb, with the growth of trees and ever-increasing amenities.
- This lovely suburb is only going to get lovelier.
