I am looking to move to WA (Perth) but don't know which suburb to choose?
I want to be near the beach or water of some kind but don't want to have to travel too long to get to the CBD. Our maximum rent budget at the moment is $450p/w for a 2 bedroom house or apartment. I want to be close to shops, cafes and restaurants also and transport as we don't drive. Can anyone recommend?
