Perth (Greater) Region is located in the state of Western Australia.
Is it a good idea to buy a land with a retaining wall as a matter of fact 2 retaining walls?the land has a retaining wall at the back of the land which is relatively high ??then there is another small land above that has another retaining wall???the sales agent said that this is a good thing as you can build a stair case and have a deck on the top or spa??but am not sure?any advice
