Should i invest around Quinns Rocks or Midland area?
I am undecided about having a property that I can later turn into an investment property. The best option for me would be to buy a property new and I wont get that in quinns rocks but given its beachside location and being the cheapest one in Perth I am highly tempted to buy a house there. My budget is preferrably under 350k... i would even consider neighbouring suburbs as far as lockridge.

Quinns for sure.Midland is hot and crime ridden.
