What is not good about this suburb? Aveley
Perth (Greater) Region is located in the state of Western Australia.
I am an urban and regional planning student. I have to write a report which answers the question "What is not good about this suburb?" I live in Aveley.
if anyone can provide any insights from their personal experiences, if you can see any downsides to living here. i have found it hard to find any cons, as it is a good suburb, good for families, green, Swan valley nearby, lots of parks. only thing ive got right is if you work in the CBD it can be a 30-40 commute. But we do have the train line opening up soon.
If you have anything to consider, like council, maintainence of parks, cleaniness
