What would be the best city for an Asian family migrating to Western Australia?

Perth (Greater) Region is located in the state of Western Australia.

I'm a Sri Lankan and I plan to move in first and my wife and daughter to follow once I'm settled. Been looking at places such as Melville, Fremantle and even around Perth but have no clue at the moment. I'm an accountant by profession. Would appreciate some advise from the locals or from anyone with a similar experience. Thanks in advance.
