There are a few around, but I think one of the best is the Midland Farmers Markets held every Sunday, on The Crescent in Midland. The farmers come up from Toodyay and places like that and there is usually a good selection without inflated prices. There is a range so you might pay less for the bruised apples, but there is usually nothing wrong with them. Most of the produce is good and it is seasonal so you have to be quick sometimes. If you head over there with $15 you will leave with a few bag fulls of goods. There are also many other little stalls with trinkets and different foods, like jams. It runs until 3pm, but it is better to be there in the morning because otherwise most things are sold. The important thing to remember about the Midland Markets is that no one is trying to be fancy! That doesn't mean it isn't good stuff!
