Wheres the best suburbs for someone moving alone to Perth.

I spent some time looking for suburbs that would be ideal for anyone starting a new person moving to Perth. It's hard to find a place that has everything you may want, So here are some of the suburbs I checked out and hopefully this will help you with your search.

Northbridge
If you are looking to stay away from the more family oriented suburbs, then Northbridge is the place to be. with its large nightlife and art scene. this is a great place to entertain any person in a new part of town. whether they want to meet people or be alone. Art house cinemas, art galleries, shopping and multicultural restaurants. The open minded alternative type tend to get drawn to this area. It is also home to the Heath Ledger Theater as well! (who doesn’t love Heath)

Mount Lawley
The Indie Mecca of Perth. Everyone will be caught drinking at the local hole known as ‘The Flying Scotsman’ and has a fantastic live music scene. great public transport access and even more things to do in this suburb. Its great for someone who wishes to live in a lively suburb. As it is home to many students also, rental prices could be high. But worth it once you have the keys!

Subiaco
One of the most expensive places I checked out, Subiaco has everything someone would need to live a life of luxury in Perth. Many great places to shop, tree lined streets, bars and nightclubs. what was once a working class suburb is now been gentrified and appeal to people who want city life (as its three stops away from the CBD) and be near the beach also.
