Young family from NZ seek "greenie, left-wing, alternative" neighborhood - suggestions please?
We aren't super wealthy and have a love of nature but want to be 20-30minutes from the city

Id say either around the Fremantle area or surrounding suburbs- white gum valley, Hilton, Hamilton hill or Perth Hills, more towards Darlington and Parkerville areas. All these areas have communities who are similar minded and green spaces.
