"Family favourite"
Pine Road Bayswater boasts unbeatable convenience as its doors from Mountain High Shopping Complex, schools and Bayswater Train Station, plus is walking distance from all major amenities. Just off Mountain Highway, it also provides easy access to Knox City Shopping Centre and EastLink.
I'm Property Manager in Bayswater and find this a great pocket for investors to buy in because its always in demand as tenants love the central location as its walking distance to the Bayswater train station, Bayswater shops (Coles, Wollies + speciality shops) and Bayswater Primary School.
