My family and I want to move to Pinjarra, the suburb Carcoola. Is it trashy?

Pinjarra, WA 6208 is located within the Murray local government area, part of the South West Region in Western Australia.

We have heard from people that it is very trashy with frequent indigenous crime. Is this true? It looks so nice there. We're looking to put an offer on something by next week. Would like some reliable answers. Thank you :)

We bought and moved in December 2018. Has been quite and relaxing place to live for us.
