Is there anywhere a single lady with 2 large dogs can find stable, private accomodation to rent?

I would prefer, if possible, acreage. I am very capable and am quite happy to renovate, maintain and look after property, dwelling, gardens and any wildlife or animals present. My dogs are well behaved and obedient, outdoor companions/family and are used to living on acreage on runs.
I have just sold my property on the south coast of NSW and may be interested in purchasing a suitable property but for now wish to rent until I establish if this is the place for me. I will be looking for work nearby and am multi-skilled. I would do most kinds of work including cleaning, hospitality (have my RCG & RSA), timberwork (have TAFE accreditation & cabinetmaking traineeship), and any office work, full or part time. I have many years office experience at all levels to middle management (have diploma in business), including accounts, payroll, customer service, sales, office management, OH&S consultant and more.
