To be perfectly honest, I don't believe so. The train line runs right along the river, and most of the shoreline in Crown Heights is taken up by a rock quarry and a solid waste company. The nearest place where I'd say this is possible is to the south at Bowdoin Park, which is not all that far away from Crown Heights.
