Well, Shadows on the Hudson is definitely a lovely place to hold a private party. It has gorgeous river views. The River Station is also a great restaurant & catering facility with beautiful Hudson River views. They have an outdoor dining area with a tiki bar as well as glass enclosed dining rooms.
