What's the best live music venue in or around Arlington?
I mean one to see good local bands...

It's not in Arlington, but I'd say the best place in Poughkeepsie for live music hands down is The Chance, which is in the City of Poughkeepsie. They draw in local bands, but they also get some more prominent acts.
In Arlington, you'd think that right near Vassar College you'd get something, but I'm drawing a blank. There are some coffee houses and such that have live entertainment every now and then, but as for specific live music venues, I don't know of any.
