"living around proximity to 2 CBDs .. Parramatta and Sydney"
well .. just moved in for couple months, but love the place already. The street I live in is just a parallel of main street in Liberty Grove, and it's quite accessible from 2 different gates, and walking distances to Rhodes or Concord West station (Concord West is closer, though).
Liberty Grove in overall, nice, relaxing, a lot of families, with 'ok' facilities (havent used it yet - but plan to), but I think the most important thing is ... I do have good place to raise my daughter, a place where she can play and grow, and a chance to live as a family.
Great for
- Rhodes shopping center - walking proximity
- Family oriented areas
- Trees trees and trees
Not great for
- Too close to homebush bay drive - noisy, lucky I have double glazed window
- Car spaces are limited for visitors, even tenants tend to park their car in the street
